Fake Gambling

I just got home from a night of Texas Hold 'Em. The apartment complex was hosting a small tournament, so I thought I would test myself.

I finished in 2nd place. The other guy and I had been there since 6:30PM, and we really were getting tired of going back and forth. We started to go all in on each hand, and he got the best hand when it counted Still, 2nd place wasn't too bad. I had my highs and my lows, but I took out some people and I was the most consistent player. I feel good about it.

Only one of my teammates showed up to Software Engineering today. And we had a team quiz. Afterwards, we went to a lab and worked on the project. Something was due tonight by midnight, but I already said that I was going to be busy. I still have to study for another test. Oh, and do some homework that's due on Friday. Crap, and some more homework.

I hate Software Engineering.

The cold front finally got here. It feels really nice outside. I'm tempted to sit on the patio and write on this. With my wireless internet and all, I should really make good use out of it. Oh, and it's raining. I've been waiting for so long. Still, it'll warm up again before it stays cold for a few months.
