UT Libraries vs. FBombAndy III

So, Steve* sent me an email earlier this week telling me that he did not find the missing book, and that I would have to take this issue up with an appeals committee.

And that's what I'm going to do. I'm not paying for a book that I didn't lose. Don't train your staff at the beginning of the semester. Train them before the first day of class. If I'm responsible for the book from the time it is in the librarian's hands to the time it is checked back in, let me do it then. Let me sign a form, scan my ID, anything that records the book being handed in.

When you let morons run a library, bad things are going to happen. Well, that's true for almost everything.

I hate books so much now. It's not possible for me to describe my hatred right now. It would take too long.
